Item is low to medium viscosity polyamide curing agent based on dimerized fatty acid and polyamines; product is designed for use with epoxy resin systems that are looking for chemical resistance and toughness in ambient temperature cure system; suggested applications include potting, casting and encapsulation, metal and plastic adhesives, maintenance and tank coatings and high solid paint formulations usage design, hardener part name assigned by controlling agency, composition: mixed with 185-190 eew liquid epoxy; ratio: 100 parts resin to 55-75 phr; mixed viscosity: 11,000; gel time 200 gram: 2 hours; gel time 100 gram: 2.5 hours; full cure hardness: 84 shore d; when cured at ambient temperature for 16hrs and then post cured at 100 degrees celsius for 2hrs, material exhibits improved mechanical properties particularly in the area of compression, tensile strength and flexural strength special features, plastic polyamide material, item should be stored in a closed and sealed container in a cool dry place special test features
